I would NOT recommend this business.
At first he was helpful as he thought we would by buying nearly $10,000.00 worth of items from him.
He drafted what we thought was a quote but we believe in his cunning mind it was a sales order.
When we returned after a couple of weeks to discuss our needs he became loud, threatening and abusive. He even made some unacceptable and derogatory remarks about my wife.
Never have I come across and business owner .
Never will I buy any item from this business and every chance I get I will warn people to stay away or enter at won risk.

I am a regular purchaser of this company of shower screens and toilets. Provide excellent pricing and their products are from well known branded companies!

Do not buy from this supplier!!! They are the worst company I've ever dealt with. The vanity we ordered took an extra week to arrive which was fine, but what was NOT fine was the staff never returned my calls, I had to call them everyday to get any sort of an update. Then when the vanity actually arrived, it was the wrong one. Then they reordered another one - which was AGAIN the wrong one. By the end of it we had to physically go to their suppliers and pick the correct vanity up ourselves! We called them to let them know how disappointed we were with their service and the reply we got - 'F**k You' and the person hung up. I kid you not! Utterly Disgusting Service.

Doesn't sound like the company I and my friend have dealt with for the last 2 1/2 years. The owner of this company and his wife are both very helpful, patient and informative in my decision making in the renovation of my bathroom. It has been a slow process with my being on a pension, hence the long association. Before dealing with this business I had taken a long look around to find someone reliable. These people were passed on to me word of mouth, the best reference. I would have to say the negative comment of this firm is exactly the opposite of my dealings with this business.
