Processed my eftpos card twice after they said it cancelled on the first attempt. It did go through on the first attempt but they refused to refund it back the same day. Said they didn't know how to do it and the only person who did wasn't there on weekends. Asked to speak to the owner and was told instantly that the owner was too busy to speak to me and had other things to do. They said they called their bank and Westpac advised that they should not refund me ever after I drove back in and showed proof of where it came out of my account TWICE. I called Westpac and they denied that they would have said this but also said that someone at all times should be trained in refunding customers and that this should never happen. UNTRUSTWORTHY business and customers should be cautious when using eftpos here. Disgraceful lack of customer service displayed and an appalling way to treat customers. Especially disgraceful when they put pictures from security cameras up on their wall of people who steal from them in hope that someone will identify them.

Betros Brothers have a great range of fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices. Parking is good if you head up the ramp, there is an elavator directly to the shop.

Great prices, great service, the f & v is always great quality and sourced locally, and they even help you to your car.

I shop at Betros bros every week and find all of there products to be of good value. They have good value prices on everyday items (bread, milk, margarine) as well as special treats (yoghurt etc).

Betros Bros have the best value fresh fruit and vegetables in town & whenever I shop I always pick up some grocery items on special. It's worth the extra effort to go out of my way to shop there.

They have a great range of F&V and other grocery items, and their prices are better than most other places in town. I go there weekly, and their produce is fresh. They also sell cheap bread and milk!
