I was recommended this company by a friend and I have to say I will NEVER re-recommend them to anyone. The agent I had seemed to be good at first but then once I booked it ended up being a bigger hassle than anything. My trip included flights to Canada and to Japan for a snowboarding holiday. Their price guarantee was a total joke and when I mentioned cheaper flights they had a million excuses to why they weren't available to me. Also, my luggage restrictions where incorrect and they didn't include sporting equipment when I had specifically asked for it! And It was a nightmare trying to get a hold of the guy looking after my fights. Some of the reviews on here say customer service was good and I find that to be a massive overstatement! Just HORRIBLE!!!

I had a most horrible experience with this company. They said in their ads that the cheapest fare was guaranteed. Going by it I booked my ticket to India only to find out later on that they had over charged me by one hundred and fifty dollars as compared to the best fare on the market. When I brought it to the attention of the manager she was very rude and unhelpful a most disappointing experience. I request people in their own interests never to deal with this company thank you

On a mission to get as much information as possible for a holiday to Europe which includes airline quotes, accomodation, tour operators etc, Ezy went out of their way to assist me with travel info and quotes. After my visit they even emailed me info they thought would apply to me.

best and less travel is truly best agency in Australia and there prices are not only cheaper to india but also to other places in world. I had to book my trip to UK as I was going for a funeral and I only booked 24hrs in advance.
I must say that best and less travel staff was very cooperative and professional, they gave me tickets for aprrox. $200 cheaper then the other agencies quoted me.
Best and less travel will be my travel agent for all my trips in future and I would very highly recommend it to everyone I know.
