Always willing to help. They don't mind people coming in just to look at the puppies! I never feel pressured to buy. However they are full of knowledge when I need it.

Figtree pet store is a relatively small shop but they have plenty to offer, the staff are always happy to help and answer any questions you may have, and the prices are reasonable. Great store!

They are very knowledgeable.
The shop is small however great use of the space they are given, excellent viewing cabinets and the staff are full of knowledge and are helpful and happy. The prices are as expected of pet shops. all in all a good shop to visit.
the staff are very educated in the pets in store, and are willing to help you out with any and all questions you have for any animal, they seem well cared for and the shop always displays excellent healthy animals. they prices are expected from pet stores. overall good store.

The new shop is very small & crowded. They do have a large variety of products that cater for all animals. Staff willing to offer help when needed. Prices seem about the same as other pet supply shops.
A really friendly store with experienced staff who were very helpful in finding a replacement guinea pig for our daughter. They were kind and caring in answering a five year olds questions and where extremely knowable in pets that they stock or could get in stock
