The doctors are great and really care but the waiting times became ridiculous 30-45 mins. Not able to get an appointment unless you book a week in advance, which is hard as you'd have to predict when you get sick. It's probably best for retirees and routine check ups not for when you get sick. We will be moving somewhere else.

i've been here a few times but it's a really hard clinic to get a last minute appointment to. i don't think they bulk bill either but i could be wrong

i have been going to this doctors for about 15 years now, its the best family doctors i have been to, i have been to other doctor clinics when my one is unavailble or im out of town and i always wait a very long time least 30 minutes before i see the doctor and the doctor usually is wrong about any condition that i have. the staff at the clinic are wonderful and very friendly i would recommand this one to everyone

most of the staff are really nice, if you get the nice ones that is, however there is only 1 doctor working at the practice which means waiting times are rediculous

The people at Berwick Family Medical Clinic are always so friendly and helpful. They remember you and you don't just feel like a number or part of a production line. Really personal service and a welcoming atmosphere.
