Rang Bens Mowers this morning to get my Lawn Mower fixed. I have a spinal injury & cant lift it into the car. Ben generously offered to pick it up & return it to me free of charge. I was happy to purchase a refurbished mower and whipper snipper from Ben's Mowers. But when the machine broke down and even though it was within the good-for-nothing warranty period, they wanted nothing to do with it. They even had the audacity to insist I pay them to have fix it! Worst of all however was the way in which they conducted their business; rudely and arrogantly. The thing is now scrap and I purchased a new one from a real business with actual credibility.
