I have been going there for 1 year now and normally have a good service. But sometime i feel they are in a rush tho my eye brow look good . I went this week again to wax/shape my eye brows and wax my upper lip.This time It literally took 5minutes and she did not offer to put foundation to cover the redness and to match the rest of my face. So i had to walk in the mall with red eye brows and a red upper lip and missing foundation. On top of that I still had wax on the corner of my lip and eye brow. Not really impress and plus the price when up by a lot. It used to cost me 36 $ for both and this time she charge me 44$. I don t think i will go back there for this kind of service and price.

I see Sarah here once a month. She is such a lovely person and does a great job with my eyebrows. I always get a call a few days before my appointment to reconfirm which I find very helpful and on the day they are always running on time.

They also offer a rewards card which is great!

I get my brows waxed and tinted once a month at Benefit Brow Bar in Chaddy and the results I get have changed me completely. I used to have almost blonde eyebrows, which didn't suit my dark brown hair, but the lovely ladies here (especially Bec and Maria) have transformed them. The waxing never hurts (something I was hesitant about) and the tinting only takes a few minutes. In can be slightly strange sitting there in the middle of Myer having all this done but the service product keeps me coming back. Sometimes they are super busy so it is best to book otherwise all the ladies will be busy and you can be left standing there for a bit. After your service the offer a free makeup application and are quick friendly when suggesting products (not doing a hard sell). A tint and wax is $37 and the tint lasts me four weeks.

Upon arriving at Benefit Brow Bar in Myer, Chadstone you will be stunned by the amount of pink. If you are a girly girl you will definitely appreciate the way the brow bar has been set out. It's very cute. I have been going to get my eyebrows done at Benefit Brow Bar in Chadstone for almost a year now and would never consider anywhere else. Took a chance on this place the first time and was so surprised at how well the brow specialists knew what they were talking about. They were so precise with every movement and the wax, could barely feel it as they ripped it from my face. This was one of the things i was worried about. I have never been more pleased with a service. Definitely recommend this to all. Although the price is a bit more dear than other places you will not regret it once you see the results.
