Ben and his receptionists were professional and friendly. I changed/renewed my prescription lenses of my glasses and tried contact lenses. In total (without Medibank deduction) it was almost $700. At Specsavers I could get two new glasses for $200. I felt incredibly ripped off but I could only pay the $400 dollar gap and smile.
The service and staff were lovely, informative and caring. I wouldn't go back just because of the price. Next time, I'm going to order my contacts online and get new glasses elsewhere.
