Pleasant, clean atmosphere and cute vet area. Always smells pleasant. However the receptionists lately have been horrible. And not at all helpful with recommending animal foods to sell.
The main vet is extremely compassionate and i would recommend him - he seems to have a compassionate energy about him. I go here regularly. The vet nurses are extremely good. They are very wholistic and i love having a chat to them.

Whilst the environment is clean and the receptionists are lovely the vets themselves seem to have no clue about pets, a problem with the skin on my elderly cats back was treated by them with special medical shampoos and unnecessary antibiotic injections over the course of a year, one visit to a different vet and her year long suffering (dry and flaky it itched until she started pulling out fur or scratched till she bled) was over in a week, when it turned out that she needed a different kind of flea treatment, as the one she had been using for years that was also recommended by this clinic, was not killing her fleas. Haven't gone back since as I find it sick that they put a 9 year old cat through all that for something they could have fixed in a week.
