Belly fit is a pre-natal pregnancy fitness class (using gym equipment). I attend my first session last week and as I was the only one, I received a 1:1 personal training session. You will need to bring a clearance certificate from your doctors. At 30 weeks, I was fine and enjoyed the low impact circuit style instruction. Prob the cheapest PT session I've ever attended.
