I went into the spa to ask for information on how to treat a red spot that had been born on the lip. The attendant informed me that they could easily handle it. I am six months pregnant and I trusted their treatment proposal. I never thought they would do anything irregular with a pregnant woman. After the procedure, the lesion increased by 5 times with constant bleeding episodes. I returned to the place and the only thing they did was send me to the hospital placing the blame on me, as if I had taken the skin off myself to bleed. The bark goes alone and bleeds because they did not have the knowledge to deal with this injury. I will seek my rights at court.

Very disappointed with this service as it was unsatisfactory & v expensive. When booking it recommended the time required would be 1.5hr+ & I was finished in under 40mins with most of the items completed to a poor standard. I also developed a rash from some of the waxing. Given the price, I expected a high quality experience. I emailed the management as they apparently offer a money back guarantee but never heard from the business. I was leaving for O/S the next day & had to shave after the poor waxing so a complete waste of time & money. The international flight was also v uncomfortable due to waxing underarm burns & rash. I would not recommend this business.

i went to this salon and received a very rushed and half hearted job. i was over charged for the service and wish i didnt waste my money and time. very disappointed with service as they did not listen to any of my needs

Roslyn is amazing. I have been following Roslyn around at different salons for some time now, and am so happy she has opened up her own place, and it's right around the corner! Seriously though, Roslyn does the best eyebrow shaping I have ever come accross and she is reasonably priced. The new medi-spa is gorgeous inside and impeccable clean while still remaining comfortable. I recommend Bella Medi-Spa to everyone I know, and I will never see anyone else for my eyebrows again.

I love my nails being manicure they get painted and you get to the car and you bump them or they just don't last very long. Well now they have the shellac manicure, Ive had the paint on now for over a week and they haven't chipped, peeled off and the shine is still there. I am sooo amazed.... You must go and try it.... I had the best facial, the therapist Roslyn really listened to my needs. I had the microdermabrasion which smoothed out my skin which helped with the dryness and bumps, Im definately going back. The best thing about this salon besides great beauty service is that there is chilcare available, you just cant beat that.

What a salon! My first time there and i am definitely going back!! Warm and friendly staff, fantastic service, and the best thing about it is they have childcare, i don't have to think about finding someone to look after my little girl which is so appealing to me.
