I went in looking to go from dark brown to light / medium brown and was told that I could only do this with a full head of foils. After putting up with what appeared to be a hung over hairdresser and having the dye in my hair for 2 hours!!! I was left with almost completely blonde hair! I've had to put multiple semi's in my hair to try and tone down the colour and was embarrassed when I turned up to work the next day. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I'd rather pay double and get a proper hair colour than go there again!

Oh wow thats bad! I dont think I would give them a go after reading this!
I've found it's best to find a hairdresser you like and stick with them, too often they don't listen and give you a colour/cut you aren't happy with and then charge you a ridiculous amount for it!
