Do not use them. Have used them twice, despite not delivering as they would on the first occasion - but yet again have disappointed. They cannot provide a report outlining where the delivery has been made which leads me to believe they have not delivered but can quickly take money.

We hired and paid Bell Print to do a job for us; the printing and delivering of marketing flyers for my family business. There were two distribution runs to be made for the flyer delivery and in suburbs that my family members and staff live in. We also manage properties in the requested suburbs. Both of the delivery runs Bell Print was supposed to make were NOT DONE AT ALL.
In the first instance, when we personally did not receive the flyers, we thought it was a mistake however we checked amongst our family members and tenants and NO ONE received the flyers. We explained this to Bell Print but they gave the excuse that they have done their random audit checks and they have justified that it was done. We disputed this and was going to chase it further however decided to wait for the second run to see if we received the flyers, AGAIN we got absolutely nothing. Our family members and tenants all living in the requested suburbs DID NOT get our flyers. Upon reaching out to Bell Print, they again argued that their random audit check was done and confirmed. This is not a simple mistake as for BOTH runs we did not receive any flyers, we have effectively paid them to do nothing and they are refusing to cooperate and reimburse us fairly. COMPLETE SCAMMERS

they didn't distribute my flyers but they charged me. Not recommend them at all.

I needed an urgent printed and basically took a risk by sending it to them. I was pleasantly surprised by their speed and quality of service. My brochures were delivered within 48 hours of placing the order was very happy. These are my new go-to guys for printing. I would highly recommend their services.

11,000 DL flyers ordered and prepaid for printing and delivery in Western Sydney. Not a single brochure was delivered. Pattern as below - insisted service was provided, asked if spot checked addresses were aware flyer could be bundled with others, and so be missed. Delivered sample print (poor quality) to our business address, but nothing more. Did not reply to emails. Refused to discuss compensation or alternative date for service to make up for failed delivery. Put the onus on us to conduct a door-knock of multiple streets to "assist with their follow up with distribution team".
Finally an ultimatum of response date was given, which they ignored.
We will be taking them to court. If anyone would like to join us in putting our case before a magistrate please contact me at [email protected]

paid for 30K flyers to be delivered

After receiving no calls and failing to receive a flyer at my own residence I contacted Bell Print to ask what was goign on. The ensured me that they had delivered all of the flyers in a single weekend.

As I found these numbers unbelievable not to mention that I had previously had quite a good response from 5K flyers I contacted 60 people from the areas I had paid to have delivery to of which 2 out of 60 had received my flyer.

After complaining I was given an audit form of addresses where they said a distribution supervisor had checked. I picked 20 addresses at random and mailed them a letter asking if they had received my flyer of which 5 got back to me saying they never receieved my flyer.

Bellprint have been deceptive, provided me with false information and have dodged call after call. Do not work with them as I have no confidence in their business and am convinced they deliver a fraction of what you pay for and put the rest in the bin.

Approximate cost: $3000

Hi michaelg410. I am interested to know your location. We had a similar experience and are taking Bellprint to court for failure to comply with Australian Consumer Law. Unlike the Dept of Fair Trading and the Tribunal who, due to the privacy act, cannot consider repeat offences, a local court can take multiple cases into consideration.

Hey Michaelg410 and Diannef110, we have had the exact same experience with Bell Print and are very disappointed with their services. We are also taking Bell Print to court for misleading and deceptive conduct as the report they provided to us was a 'fake' as none of the homeowners with address listed on the report did not receive any of our flyers. Would love to get in touch with both of you to join our legal actions.

SCAMMERS- Not one flyer got delivered. Last time I did a distribution with a genuine company I had to employ an extra person for the flood of work that came in. Have not had one enquiry Do NOT go anywhere these scammers. They give you a fake and laughable 'audit report' on the distribution. Won't give you an address to find them. Website lists bogus addresses with no street numbers.
Fake Aussie style names when they all sound as Indian as SachinTendulkar.

Did you have any luck with a refund? I had the same thing happen recently. I paid to have 30K flyers delivered in September and 10K delivered in November, after receiving not a single call from 30K flyers I asked for the remaining 10K to be returned to me, I walked around my suburb and delivered close to 500 in 2 hours and ended up getting 6 calls from that alone.

Trying to get my money refunded any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Michael. I think they've gotten away with it so many times that they will not consider a refund. Most people go to the Dept. of Fair Trading and do not achieve an outcome (DoFT act as mediators to try and get opposing parties to agree on a solution - they have no power to enforce any law, and can only consider individual cases) so they give up and write off the loss. Some proceed to the next level, which is the Tribunal, however once again the tribunal can only consider individual cases and cannot refer to case history against repeat offenders, so it basically comes down to your word against theirs. In a court of law, however, multiple cases can be considered.

I paid Bell print almost $3000 for a job and they never delivered the goods then denied the fact that they have not delivered.
As you can see from multiple comments here, loads of people have been ripped off.
I paid for almost 40,000 flyers to be printed and delivered and not ONE got delivered. All my friends, family & customers (and myself!) live in the areas I paid for delivery and no one has had them. I also didn't get one single phone call or even a new hit on my website after the dates that they were supposed to deliver.
However prior to paying them, I hand delivered 700 flyers myself and got at least 5 calls and multiple website hits.
Hugely disappointed and is still an ongoing case with them where they are trying to offer to print me 10,000 flyers again as a substitute for the fact that my others never got delivered but won't refund me any money or reprint the actual total amount I paid for (38,500).
Terrible terrible business.

Hi Michael, you can email me on [email protected] and we can chat more. I encourage you and anyone else that has had problems with them to PLEASE report to them Office of Fair Trading. If there is enough reports the company will finally get done. The are complete SCAMMERS. I don't even think they are based in Australia to be honest, there is no proof of them even being here and they do this to loads and loads of people. I am going to court with them and I know of a few others who are too. Please contact me!

We used Bell print for our mail out of almost 160,000 flyers.
not one enquiry, we have handed out about 1000 flyers and have had about a 10% response to them for our very exciting and funny bubble soccer and soccer schools.
not one of our mailing list of almost 5000 received one, not one of our family friends or staff that all live in the catchment area received one not one of our current clients received one.

we have been charged $8000 and no delivery has been done, they sent us a list and said that these addresses had received one, we knocked on a dozen of the addresses and no one has seen any.
Do not use this company ever.

Approximate cost: $8000

No luck, they just offered me more flyers delivered to my work.
they are registered in Queensland so courts here cant touch them?

diannef110 26 Nov 2015

It doesn't matter that they are interstate. You can still file a claim with your claim with your local court.
