I was sent a damaged product which was in a open box with no seal and footprints of someone stomped on the box. The process to get refund was extremely difficult. The attitude shown towards me was not professional.

Good, easy to find location. The store is ok but they have very limited stock in store. I was looking for a specific guitar that was advertised online but they didn't have it in store

Easy to find location as its on a major main road, though you can also shop online at their website. Great product range and staff that go out of their way to assist. Fair prices too.
