Dude charged me 150 bucks to come and lie about my fridge and scam me out of all my money. He told me:

All fans are broken.
All the seals need replacing
All the draws need replacing.

He called me the day after to say that one of the fans has a 3 week wait because it was out of stock. I said ok, no problem, can I have a quote with all parts you propose to replace and their price so I can pick what I want done as I probably could go without new draws right now as they still opened and closed. He agrees, takes my email and never sends me a thing. I call the following week and check weather they have the right email, they confirm it and say they’ll let him know to send it, and call me when the fan I need is in stock. Another week I call again and she says she hasn’t heard back from supplier. I ask to speak to the guy but he’s apparently not there , she says he’ll call me back but I hear nothing.

We eventually got sick of hearing nothing and using a small camp fridge for our food so we decided to look at the fridge ourself, maybe we can order the parts from the manufacturer ourselves…

One fan is working fine for the lower compartment of the fridge. The fan in the freezer compartment ( which also cools the upper fridge) had indeed stopped… because it had just ICED OVER. We thawed it over night and now we have a perfectly good running refrigerator. If I had just agreed and hadn’t asked for specifics he would have charged me over $800 to fix a working fridge.

DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

Michael replaced our air conditioning unit on one of the Moreton Bay islands in a most professional and competent manner. He arrived on time with the barge and cleaned up after the unit was successfully commissioned. Communications could not have been better.

TWELVE MONTHS of stories a different excuse each time we enquired, we finally threaten legal action to get our fridge back. No work had been done to the fridge, no parts had been purchased AND they broke the hinge on the door. No apology either to us for 12 months.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was disgusting!!! I have never had to deal with such bad service and this was coming from the management!!.The management staff was highly unprofessional. Do not use this company at all best to use another one. I think this company needs new staff and a new management! Oh and i when i made a complaint to them they were even more ruder and didnt take it seriously and blamed it all back on me, this all started because i could not remeber the person i spoke to early that day?? they said i wasnt helping them one bit if i dont know how was thy meant to know? not everyone records these things exspecially when you have a screaming kid in the background.!
