Little annoyed with this company, I was looking for a matress and had the week off two weeks on so I contacted beds online as they had the one I wanted apparently in stock.

I emailed then spoke to them before placing my order as I didn't want to have to take an extra day off work to wait around for a delivery driver, specifically asking if it was in stock and could be delivered in that week two weeks on..

They said their delivery is 7-12 days and I can always delay it a few days if it is early so it would not be an issue and they would take the order on the phone and immediately send it through...

Three weeks on, NOTHING, no bed and no contact..

I've been buying lots of furniture online for a while. I'm just not a fan of spending a day shopping on foot in Melbourne (I wish I had the time!). Their products are quality, in particular I love the bedroom and office furniture range. Recommend this store to anyone.
