After getting a great groupon voucher deal for 2 microdermabrasions was looking forward to supporting a local business. Got my bookings in early and took recommendations to make them 2 weeks apart. The 1st appointment was cancelled by Beauty Mechanics by email (no follow up phone call) which was no problem, just went to 2nd appointment as my first visit. Was pleasantly greeted and treated wonderfully. Great service great advice, loved the products and was really pleased so re-booked 2nd appointment. The day before, the 2nd appointment was cancelled again by Beauty Mechanics by email (no phone call again) tried to re-book by return email but was told after trying to find suitable time to reschedule, that if I didn't attend within 2 days that I would have to forfeit the second appointment due to the voucher expiring. Obviously I did not agree with this considering they had cancelled 2 of the 3 appointments booked. They agreed to see me today for the 2nd appointment. Arrived at appointment and was just appalled at the service given. They pretty much ignored me during the whole appointment & procedure, giving no service and treating me rudely. I wanted to purchase products and re-book another treatment but due to today's disappointing service do not believe I will ever return here again.
