My friend and I recently enjoyed our visit to Beauty 21 for waxing, a facial and relaxing body massage.
We found their staff to be welcoming, attentive and friendly, and the surroundings calming and attractive.
I was pleased that we were not pressured to buy their products.
We had a fantastic girl's day out and will definitely return for more pampering.

The atmosphere is nice here as well as the staff. Not the place to go if your looking for something a bit cheaper. Wasn't happy with my eyebrow wax which was the most I'd ever paid for an eyebrow wax but had an excellent facial.

Beauty 21 is a great local beauty therapy salon and skin clinic with very friendly and personable staff where I instantly feel very comfortable and always satisfied with the job they do.

As soon as I walk in, the relaxed atmosphere calms me and they listen to what I want. They know me by name which is great - it shows they have interest in their clients.

They have luxurious treatments that are affordable and I am happy to pay for quality. The staff are attentive (such as sitting there for two hours to every lash for extensions) and have extensive knowledge they are willing to share without being pushy to sell products

I walk out with a renewed me each time I visit. Love this place.

There appears to be only 2 or 3 staff which is good in that you can stick with a favourite. I don't go there often because I go to Beauty of Rose however when I have been there I have been impressed with the service provided. I'm quite particular about my eyebrows and they do a great job every time.
