Beaudelle Shoe Repairs always repair my shoes and sell a huge range of shoe products - dyes etc. They dyed my wedding shoes for me, they have repaired numerous heels, soles on my very expensive shoes and they have always been great!

They are not the cheapest shoe repairer out there - but they will do a good job! I often travel into the city just to drop a pair of shoes off for repair - especially my ultra expensive ones - I just don't trust anyone else! They have fixed a few bags as well...... and I think they do key cutting & engraving as well.
