He didn’t finish cleaning our roof and payed him in full claiming happy wife happy life, so we did the right thing by him in paying him in full, but left his machine at my house claiming he would come back tomorrow to finish it. In the meantime it rained heavy one night and found that one room had leaked from 3 broken tiles. Sent him photos of the room and he said he would come finish the job and paint the roof of the room that was damaged.
Heard nothing from him for two weeks. I rang him knowing he would come back eventually wanting his machine back. He came back not being able to clean our pergola roof stating it was unsafe to stand on it. Fair enough. No refund offered for a job not completed. He took photos of the damages in the room from the leak and promised he would come back with 6 new tiles to replace the broken ones and he would come back with a painter to paint the room in a couple of weeks. Two months later tried contacting him to get absolutely NO reply. He has also done this to 3 other people that I know of.
Do not let this guy clean your roof cause you will be out of pocket in damages caused by him.
