Was very disappointed to pick our dogs up and find them dirty with poo on their paws. Would not use again.

They lost our cat. Cattery doors were left unlocked,children let our cat out. We were not notified for 2 days. We found [redacted personal identifier] were rude and unhelpful at an extremely distressing time. refused to reimburse us for printing missing flyers. We found the facility awful.

We left our 2 medium dogs there for a weekend. The staff are okay and the kennels were clean. It is definitely not a high end place but for the price paid I thought I got what I paid for.

Left my two dogs and a cat there while we went on holidays. Came back,to,happy dogs and a clam cat. This is the best I have seen them at pick,up from kennels which hasn't been the case at other places.

Left my two small dogs here for 22 days for $792 on picking up the dogs were matted smelt absolutley disgusting & both were shaking, I also gave them a bag with two lambs wool dog coats and requested that these be put on them at night as they were outside during the cold night. When I asked where the jackets were they replied they do not know so obviously they were never put on the dogs and the girl that actually took them from me said are you sure you didn't leave them at home. WARNING DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET AT THIS PLACE.

Left my dog there for the last 5 years ranging from a week to a month.. Always been washed when picking up and doesn't pick up any bad habits while there.. Would strongly recommend

there are better places take your dogs to for the same price, staff not very helpful to me and were rather rude
