If you have an ear infection or just need a prescription, then Bay Village doctors are fine. However, if you have a special needs child, or an unusual case or even something a little hard to say...go elsewhere. I was a patient here for 20 years and am so happy to say no longer have to take my children here. I will say that the pathologists are lovely, as are most of the nursing staff.

This medical centre is great, doctors are friendly and help when needed, the practice is always clean and respectable.
I recommend Dr Usham as he always looks after you.
The lady who takes blood is also an angel.
Highly recommended. AAA+++
They bulk bill children, pensioners and health care card holders!

Approximate cost: $bulk billed for most people

I have been coming to this practice for over 5 years. The staff are always very helpful. The team of doctors & nurses are fantastic. They go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

This practice is all about making money and not the care of their patients! Disgusting!
I have seen 3 doctors at this practice and they all leave a lot to be desired.
The wait times are are approximately 1hr, and that is with making appointments 3 weeks in advance.
The desk staff are unfriendly and really rude. They have had me walk out of there in tears on numerous occasions due to their rudeness and condescending remarks.
They were also to fax a referral to a specialist at Gosford Hospital for urgent cancer cell removal. I had followed up several times with the desk staff and I was told on each occasion that the fax had been sent. It has now been confirmed that this did not occur. I will now not get this urgent treatment until after Christmas due to their incompetence. If the initial treating Dr had have done his job and not rushed me out, this would have all been sorted in May. When I followed up again regarding the Dr sending the fax, the desk staff member hung up on me!
I have also received numerous bills via post for consultations that I have never even booked, nor attended.
This practice has caused me so much anguish and stress.
The only asset to the practice are the lovely nurses who administer immunisations.
If I was as incompetent in my job as the doctors and desk staff at this medical practice, I wouldnt have one!!!!

I you care about your health, I do not recommend you use this medical practice.

I moved into the area and didn't have any problems with getting myself and my son in to see a doctor. Freindly and knowledgable staff to help with anything required. Top nurses dealing with the immunisations too.

The doctors here are friendly and helpful. The reception staff are really nice. You can quite often get last minute appointments on the day and they are usually running within 1/2 hour on time - I've barely had to wait. They also bulk bill for anyone with a medicare card.

Hello, just thought Id add that they do not bulk bill anyone with a Medicare card. Just children and pension card holders are bulk billed.
