Bay Tinh ticks many boxes because it is good for families and just about anyone. With its comfy seating, easy parking at the council car park nearby (or bus/train access), friendly service, detailed menu, good prices and great food, it is sure to please.

When we are in Marrickville visiting family we always come here for lunch. We love ordering the banh xeo (cripsy, eggy vietnamese pancake) which is filled with prawns, pork and bean sprouts! The lemongrass fried bean curd of a fave of my mum's... very tasty and of course the fried rice which is filled with lovely chinese sausage! food is so tasty, fresh and comes quickly to the table! A must try place for great Vietnamese fare!

We had the Tender Beef Cubes – Bo Luc Lac, Crispy Pancake – Banh Xeo and Vegetarian Salad – Goi Chay for entrees and the Crispy Roast Chicken - Ga Quay Don for a main. The chicken was Ok but the 3 entrees were delicious. You could probably just feast on the entrees at Bay Tinh. Really nice, fresh flavours.

I have only been here once and it was good but it is priced as a nicer restaurant than the others in Marrickville. I'm not sure that the food really is much better though and the atmosphere feels a little too sterile. For those who don't like the more authentic eateries it is a good option for some good Vietnamese food.

We had a great experience in this place. My sister and I went to that place and one of them is allergic to different kind of ingredients. The chef came out from the kitchen and ask personally to my sister to what she was allergic to. Not only the service is great and very helpful but the food taste really good, the choice of ingredients is first class. A must try!

Approximate cost: $15/20

The flavours here are amazing & the freshness is second to none.
They cater for small & large groups well with no difference in service. This place gets busy over the weekend, so booking a table is a must.

Approximate cost: $15-20

The best thing about the restaurant is the atmosphere and ambient. It is nice and cozy, with friendly service. Good for romantic dining. Pancakes are really the high light here.

Approximate cost: $20

Awesome - one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Sydney - you simply must go, whether for an intimate dinner for 2 or a huge party - this place is divine!

A very nice Vietnamese restaurant with amazing sauces. My favourite main is chicken with cashew nut and my favourite entree is the little rice cakes, fried ice-cream for desert! The prices are decent and the service is good. One of my favourite restaurants.
