Great furniture and a quality product. Only problem I have had are the zippers that hold the back cushions in place on the lounges, they are terrible. The moulded plastic zippers constantly break and once the warranty period is over, you wear the cost. It a shame, because this is the only issue I have had with this wonderful product.

Bay Leather did everything right from the start! A great package deal, said the furniture would arrive in 6 weeks - they called us at 4 weeks and said it was ready. They then delivered it on the date we requested, reminding us the day before and confirming we were home on the day. The furniture arrived on time and well packaged. The delivery person then helped to unpack the furniture and took the rubbish with him! Great experience from these guys!
