We were new to Batemans Bay and were looking for a good doctor as this was our permanent move to Batemans Bay. My husband attended as their books were open new patients, were happy about that . It was not an easy practice get onto when we called, answer service was available. My husband could not get same doctor, as the doctor he saw moved on to another practice in Sydney, prior to this, my husband, he had blood taken and when he visited the Medical Centre again asked about his results, there was no information on his file about his blood test. My husband was reluctant to go back to the same Medical Centre. He has finally found a doctor who is not going to move on and very professional and when you call the reception they are very helpful and answer the telephone and are exceptional when you visit the Medical Centre. I cannot praise the workers at this medical centre enough! While on holiday recently, my 2 year old developed croop cough and was very unwell. After an agonisingly long night, I called the centre in the morning to see if I could get my son to see a Dr. They managed to squeeze him in. The staff were lovely and the Dr was very reassuring and helpful. Knowing we were on holiday, they were very sweet and even bulked billed me!
