Authentic Asian food. Small restaurant with only a few tables. Fish head bee hoon soup is highly recommended! Eat the fried fish head when its fresh and hot....never take away or eat cold. Mee goreng is also one of my favorites! Good place for take away to avoid rubbing shoulders with other customers.
Excellent little chinese store in the suburbs. Very authentic food, brought overseas visitors there and they were full of complements! It can get very busy though and don't ask to go to the toilet.
Approximate cost: $10
Food is good. The fish head mee houn soup is really yummy. But the place is rather small, can be really packed at times, and sometimes you may have to share table with others.
The food is no doubt authentic. It's really more a take-out shop. if you want to eat in, be prepared to squeeze and squash into such a tight space (the size of an average master bedroom), the waiters have trouble getting the food to you. Their "5 minutes" is 15 minutes, so if you're told 10 minutes, you'd normally wait 30 minutes.
Approximate cost: $9
