appointed this agency to sell my unit, all talk up front and little on the delivery of any service promised, I raised several issues relating to advertising, times of open for inspections, agent being late and leaving a rear door unlocked, the directors only real answer was, we are busy and things like this happen from time to time. 2 months of disaster later, I was able to withdraw the property from this agency and give it to another, and guess what, no problems and a sold sticker 3 weeks later, for the same advertised price
