I have never dealt with such an unprofessional office that gives its customers such bad service. The staff and the owner have such a high level of incompetence I was absolutely gob smacked at the idea that this was a business that is allowed to operate in such a poor state! I experienced constant serious mess ups from this real estate agency that I don't know where or how to begin to explain such stupidity. Well, I'll try and start here... I went to inspect a rental property i thought looked ok in a brochure. I telephoned BP Bundoora who advertised the property to schedule an inspection time. After constant telephoning and a lot (a lot) of back and forth trying to get an appointment with the real estate agent it was tenth time lucky i managed to make a time with the BP agent to inspect the property. (It was like they were doing me a massive favor to get me an inspection time).I then finally got to inspect the advertised property, which was in a state of disgrace. I mean I wouldn't allow my two dogs to live in it let alone a human being. The property stunk so bad, it was dirty with stains everywhere including the walls and it was very evident that it was unkept and had not been cleaned properly. I told BP i wanted to keep looking around and the requested to see a few other properties. Eventually, i found one I was interested in and after trying to ring and find out details to arrange an inspection time to look at it, no one got back to me. I finally got through and again after constant back and forth found a property I was interested in enought to apply for it. I inspected it and filled in the paperwork. After a week of not hearing anything I rang BP Bundoora only to be told that they lost my paperwork /application which had my personal information on it and the property was no longer listed! These people just don't have a clue. I then sent in complaints and asked to be contacted by senior management. I was told my complaint was forwarded to the Managing Director who to this day hasn't bothered to respond to my complaint. Funnily enough, I have met a other people who have been through hell and all kinds of nonsense dealing with this real estate agency from being recommended terrible conveyancing services, lack of customer service, losing paperwork and other laughable incidents. I also contacted the Barry Plant Doncaster Head Office to voice my concerns regarding the tragic service I received from their office in Bundoora, only to be told that they were not responsible for how this branch operated as they were a franchise and to take this matter up with the Bundoora office. So instead of doing that I went Ray White Bundoora and Hocking Stuart Bundoora and would you believe these Real Estate agents were professional and provide actual customer service that it would be incredibly shocking to Barry Plant Bundoora. I was able to secure a wonderful property through Ray White who were very responsive to my real estate rental needs. Up to now I have had no hassles and I would be happy to recommend Ray White.
