The food is lovely and staff are friendly, sometimes a little disorganised with bigger tables but over all a good experience. I will visit here frequently

Went here for lunch a little while ago. Was not a bad experience though the staff were not very friendly. Food was ok, but not great and prices were a little high for what it is. Overall quite good though.

Really liked this pub before the upgrade, it now seems to have lost its appeal. Whilst it is nicely renovated with a pleasant dining area, beer garden, sports bar and of course pokies, it just doesn't have that friendly, comfortable feel anymore.

I use to go here regularly with my family but I recently had lunch and a couple of drinks with some mates and I wont say it was fabulous. My steak was over cooked, I prefer it rare rather than leather. The salt and pepper squid was ok but nothing great, meals are pricey and really about average. Service was also lacking. Overall a bit disappointing.

Stopped in for brunch - shared the risotto balls and a few drinks with a friend but moved on after that rather than eat lunch. The bistro looks lovely but the tables were cramped together oddly, service was really slow and the wrong drinks were poured for us. It also got really noisy really quickly with music and lots of people.

Wow this hotel looks amazing from the outside and the bistro roof is something to see but upon sitting at our table it was very sterile, noisy and uncomfortable. Definitely not for someone to come for a meal and actually speak to each other. Food was excellent but again a little below expected, due to a dietary issue the chef was not flexible in omitting something and replacing it with something simple.
Great at the simple pub fare but a bit pricey.

Really loved this pub before they did all the upgrades and prices are now thru the roof :( Use to love going into there sitting in front of the old fire place whilst having dinner but not now very posh and upmarket since reno's I think the owners forgot its a country town

This is such a great place to stop for a meal. It has been beautifully renovated/refurbised, has a beer garden, sports bar and gaming room and cosy fire places. We opted for the Bistro, where I had the Chicken Breast Schnitzel with chips/salad and pepper sauce ($18). Talk about yum! The serving size is quite large and really delicious. My husband tried the Oyster Kilpatrick ($19) and said he had never had better. The kids meals are quite reasonable at around $7-8, the usual chicken nuggets and chips etc. We found the service to be very quick and friendly. A really nice place to have a meal. I highly recommend them.

Comfortable seating in the dining area, friendly staff, nice choice on the menu, we often go there and will continue to do so as it is a relaxed atmosphere to.

Really disappointed with this place! It looks beautiful and has great potential, but the food was very average. Quite pricey and $5 for an orange juice is a bit steep! More vegie options would be greatly appreciated.....
