This is the worst of the worst of car rental companies, the [redacted personal identifier] staff member was absolutely woeful and when we spoke to [redacted personal identifier] he told us she was "his best performer" read that one how you like! She called my husband an A*** Hole in front of our young son. Such a long story I really cannot be bothered going into it, worst ever company I have ever used. [redacted - mentions alternative business by name] right next door was wonderful we simply walked one step side wise, didn't even have a booking with them and was out within minutes. Bargain Cars are so bad I cannot believe it. All customers waiting on other Rental Cars were staring at her ranting and raving and she was so mad she couldn't even see them. She even called a security officer on us!!! When the security officer walked us outside he said "I think she is having a bad day!" We walked back in and she was very nice, I gather the security guard gave her a good talking too. She offered to give us our money back, when we got home of course she had not refunded it, thank goodness we have Platinum Amex cards and they refunded it after a phone call. She is a disgrace and the absolutely opposite to beautiful warm and friendly Tasmanian people. She really wrecked the start of our holiday and I still to this day do not know why? Guess she was having a bad day, she needs to not work in customer service, worst ever and we will NEVER use Bargain Car Rentails EVER again.

The worst car rental place I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with most! Very cheap prices suck people in, their airport office is understaffed and away from the rest of the car rental places, the staff members speak unprofessionally and are very unorganised. They charge you extra amounts after you dropped your car off WITHOUT YOUR APPROVAL on your credit card for non existant damage such as scraping the hub cap ($60 of damage for a small scratch on a $10 hub cap), they sent me the photo 1 week after they had already charged me and quite frankly it could've been any car or any hub cap. They called me by my wrong name 3 items, in fact I got called 3 different names. Completely unprofessional one of the worst experiences I have ever had and it is not just me! PUTTING MY IDENTITY AS ANONYMOUS IN CASE THEY READ THIS AND CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD MORE!
