Early April 2021 we ordered a Magellan Dining Table ($1399) and 6 Replica Tolix Chairs ($600) from Bare Outdoors in Melbourne. When we received the furniture in mid-April, we realised we made a big mistake. The table top was poorly finished (scratches, damaged corners) and one of the metal legs hadn’t been bent correctly, making the table unstable. The big beam connecting the metal leg frames had a loose section and needed fixing. On top of that the chairs weren’t the ones we ordered.
When we informed the company replacement chairs were dispatched. When they arrived, we realised that once again they were the wrong ones. Two attempts were made to replace the metal leg, but each time it made the table more unstable.
Despite Sam’s sincere attempts to try to solve the problems we are now stuck with a table that rocks and has damaged corners, 2 sets of 6 chairs we haven’t ordered and 4 metal table supports each one different in structure.
All this took quite a while and on the 28th of May we contacted Bare Outdoors to tell them that this was the worst purchase we had made in our lifetime.
We really feel we deserve a refund or a full replacement of the furniture we now dislike intensely. We are still waiting for a reply. (09/06/2021)

Great prices on good quality outdoor furniture. I bought a few things for my outdoor patio and love it! I got a double seater hanging egg chair and we love swinging away in the afternoon sun.
