We are new puppy parents and was looking for a good vet for the lifetime of our puppy. We came upon Bankstown Veterinary hospital for puppy school. The vets and staff are all very warm and dedicated. Evan our puppy's vet is always happy to answer any questions and well experienced and is always patient especially in the early days when our puppy was not well. It is comforting to know that they are there when you need them and they are well equipped being a vet hospital.
Great vet clinic. I recently switched to them for our dog's shots and we even got a thank you card because we are new. Impressed and happy.
I wouldn't take my dogs to any other veterinary clinic, with a very friendly team of vets and nurses. Dr. Bryant Nguyen who see's my dogs explains everything and always give great advice.
You know he will always do the best for you pet.
All the staff are really friendly and easy to talk to. They vet doctors are very caring and gentle with the pets. The practice has a very good vibe - you feel immediately at ease as you walk in the door. I've always had a good experience there.
