Fabulous customer service. We have been with BOQ for 5 yrs now and they provide a great range of services. Low or no fees for the products we use. Personalised service. Greeted by our names when dealing directly within the branch. Offered services to meet our requirements without having to ask. For example, I had a large sum of money in a pretty ordinary account, staff noticed this and suggested that I place funds into this other product. Thorough explanations of products and services given verbally- you are not just given a brochure with the terms and conditions etc. and left to your own devices to decide if this product really suits your needs. They do not push you towards products and services with associated fees if that is not what you want.
We have moved most of our banking to BOQ and highly recommend them to anyone looking for low fees and customer service.
