Firstly have to say its a great place for overseas visitors, we have family from overseas come with us and it was a great experience for them to see aussie wildlife up close. They have a great tour at 11am where you can tour the park and they let you touch koalas, wombats and show you the other animals around the park with a short walk. Not the biggest park but enough for a few hours, loved that you get to feed by hand kangaroos! not a whole day activity but great for a personal experience with the animals.

Absolutely amazing experience for not only the children but for us adults too!! To be able to wander the park and have kangaroos, peacocks etc just wandering around alongside you was magical!! Will definately be going again!!

Approximate cost: $70 for family of 4

I visited this park for a first time about four weeks ago in orientation program which had been arranged for new students. It's amazing. I visited kangaroos from near. I had excited experience with Australian animals.

This is a good wildlife park to take overseas visitors to so they can have the opportunity to see and interact with some native Australian animals like kangaroos, wombats and koalas, with the option to purchase food bags to feed the animals. They offered a free tour with one of their park rangers which was very informative. You could have your photo taken with a koala for a $25 charge. It probably took us about 2 hours to get through the entire park.

Approximate cost: $65

Love taking my children here. A great day out for the whole family. Its great because they have special shows of the animals for the kids to see up close. They have kangaroos around the park that you can feed.

Last time we went we took overseas guests and they loved the experience of seeing Australian animals in a natural setting rather than in a zoo

our guests were particularly happy to feed the kangaroos

There is a kiosk/cafe selling some food and drink but there isn't a great range, so my advice is to bring a picnic
