Today I stopped patronising this store. The three strikes rule was applied. It was the third time I had ordered an Almond/Custard Teatime and they bagged up an over cooked one each time whilst the perfectly cooked ones remained front and centre, probably ready to be disposed of at end of day trade. Can’t understand why they would rather annoy a regular customer by off loading the rubbish goods. Had enough today and will not return. The girls out front have always been friendly and courteous but the sales tactics that are applied at these stores, well, I am done with.

service is wonderful. staff always friendly and very helpful. very clean store and products been made fresh every day.
