Excellent product, depends on which staff are there for service. Jackie is fantastic. Sometimes others not so good (dark haired lady who wears her hair in a bun - I don;t go in if she is working, because she is so serious - no people skills!!!)

If you love Vanilla Slice you have to try this bakery. The Slice is huge, thick with custard and absolutely beautiful! They also do a good chocolate croissant.
