We were recommended to Baden Pools by our builder. We had a few minor problems in the construction phase but the real problems occurred when we found that after the pool was finished it was leaking. Despite recognising the fact that I could not have caused the problems I was asked to pay a total of $2621 to cover the detection and repairs of the leak. It was subsequently found that the repairs to the leak were not done properly by Baden Pools and that the pool was still leaking. Baden Pools refused to rectify the problem because I had not paid the $2621 and I was forced to have the repair carried out by an alternative pool repairer.
