After injuring my back i went to a few physio's and Backfocus were one of the good ones. Experienced and well informed staff helped me with my posture, stretches and correcting the damage. Backfocus also offer myotherapy which was useful.
Very accomadation and helpful & very much customer focused. I would recommand this practic highly. They fitted me in straight away when I was in a lot of pain. They really go out of there way to help you.
