I have been shopping here for just over 4 years now and i do enjoy the shop. I love many of their items and have always had a pleasurable experience, i have received discount with most of my purchases as i spend quite alot of time and money here. I have found the staff to always be kind and helpful when asked for help. They do remember mine and my childrens names which i like and i will continue to shop there as long as i need to!

I was very disappointed with my experience with this store. They refuse to give refunds for faulty goods even though they have a sign posted on their wall saying they will do so. The only positive thing is that they will provide you with a 'loan' item whilst yours is being repaired. The staff certainly do not go out of their way to make a customer feel valued or appreciated. I won't be shopping there again.

After purchasing a pair of shoes for my daughter and a sleeping bag, both which were too small, I had to return the items (done so within 2 weeks of purchasing, with the receipt) I had asked the sales person at the time of purchasing whether I could return them and she said yes. When I returned the items I was told that I could only have a credit note as their policy noted. As I pointed out, the items did not do what I required them to as they were too small and this entitled me to a refund.. after much argument and speaking to the manager, I finally got the cash back... the sales person continued to disagree with me even after the manager agreed that I was correct!
