I very much like this store! The customer service is great. I recently bought a car seat and it’s lucky I know what I wanted because the assistant tried to sell me a messy mat when I know it came with one. Every other time service has been on point. They are now in Dingley Village

I recommend baby train for their great service and good range of prams. Tammy at Dingley Village was very helpful and patient with us, deciding on the right pram for our two girls was a hard decision which she made a lot easier

I contacted Baby Train after my high chair had some broken clips. They we’re really helpful and provided me with replacement clips for my high chair free of charge. I’d definitely recommend choosing them for your baby products!

We went into baby train today after going to another baby store. We left the other baby store with little to no help and the staff gave us the wrong answer. As soon as we walked into baby train we were met with someone willing to assist us straight away and they were able to give us the correct information about the product we were after. I will definitely go to baby train again! Awesome Customer service and price was also better than the competitor.

I visit the one in Ringwood. The staff are much more friendly than baby bunting. They offer competitive price and try to beat others.

My husband and I went to the Ringwood store recently and the staff were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We bought a pram, car capsule and baby carrier, and I can’t wait to use these when our first baby arrives.
