I had purchased a breast pump that had stopped working after 2 months. I still had the receipt and took it back to the store. The manager rang the manufacturer who refused to do anything about it not even repair it. I was devastated as I really needed the pump at the time and couldn't afford to purchase a new one. The manager of baby bunting decided she would replace the pump knowing the manufacturer most likely wouldn't reimburse baby bunting. Ill never forget that day and am still extremely happy with the service that day

I was driving past this store on Old Geelong Road and decided to see if they had any suitable gifts for one of my friends who just had a baby girl. I absolutely loved the shopping experience and they have lots to choose from and many gift packs that suit your budget. My favourite were the bib packs and gorgeous utensils. Very well organised store and easy to get around too. Customer service was great and I was treated like an individual, asked about my needs and how much I wanted to spend. Will definitely be coming back for more bargains.

Ladies that assited me at the time were very helpful and great with their service. I noticed a few bargins around & some really great gift ideas especially when stuck on what to get for a baby shower.
Happy to shop there again :-). i will call this my one stop baby shop.

I entered the store with intentions to look at a new double pusher and purchase new toddler feeding spoons and a babe bassinet mattress. On entering the store it was quite large and very busy. i headed to the back of the store where there were mattresses. Wow they had at least 5 different sizes and types just for bassinets. Staff were had to get help from so i just purchased what i thought was the one. Then headed to the utensils and got the spoons i needed. I was side tracked on the way looking at all the bedding and clothes. Organized and neat shop. Staff looked well presented aswell. the lady at the check out was very helpful she asked if l wanted to wait for assistance with the pusher but i didn't have time. She offered a member discount card for next time i come in.

The baby bunting shop in hoppers crossing is very well presented and easy to find what you are looking for.
the staff is also very helpful if you have something in mind but just not sure what to get and makes it easy to chose what you would like to buy for that special someone.

Went to baby bunting to buy a new pram as i was having a second child. I went in to baby bunting as they are the biggest knowing baby shop in Melbourne. I have been to baby bunting before when they have had sales and there pricing has been good compared to some other baby shops. I asked the woman i was talking to after waiting to be helped for over 30 Mins knowing the shop was empty with only one other person in the shop. They were all to busy at the front having a chat to each other about there weekend.
When i finely was helped i asked the woman if she could do the pram cheaper as i have seen them for a better price overseas the pram was $1,500 at baby bunting she said she could take it down to $1,450 and that i would have to wait up to a 10 week wait for the pram to finely come in to stock. I told them that i would come back later if i wanted it. I went to another baby shop which they wanting $1,400 for the same pram and asked them if they could do a better deal then Baby Bunting which they did the pram for $1,040 with extras and also they had it in stock that day.
I would not recommend Baby Bunting to anyone unless you want to wait for ages to be served then once served get quoted over the amount you can get it somewhere else.
