Had terrible service with ordering baby equipment. Item has not been delivered within term of the lay-by conditions. Have been told that item is not going to be available until after my expected due date, but when asked if we could cancel (so we would have the important item in time for our baby's arrival), was told we would have to pay a lay-by cancellation fee. Manager has not had any decency or made any attempt to contact me to try and resolve the issue.
Previous staff members (who I have been informed have since left), have been very unprofessional, gossiping to me about other customers, and saying rude things.
Credit card payments I have left with them, have gone un-processed and no record of their whereabouts.
Was also warned by staff members not to attempt reporting them to The Office of Fair Trading as any attempts would be unsuccessful.
Very dissatisfied with this business and will not shop there ever again.
