I love the Baby and Kids Markets. I go to every single one of them. Great quality products at fantastic prices and you never know what you will find. Always a fun morning out looking for baby bargains. Such a fantastic idea.

So many of my daughters' beautiful clothes have come from the Baby and Kid Markets in Canberra. The market is much easier to get around since the move to EPIC (they used to be held at the Woden CIT). I usually do one full lap around to see what is available before I purchase anything, as the stalls can vary greatly in price and quality. Get in early if you want to purchase large items (as the good things go quickly), or hang around at the end for discount bargaining (as most people don't want to take things home again). Best suited to children up to the age of 5-6.

Great way to buy good quality ( both used and sometimes new) clothes and toys at good reasonable prices. I go to Berwick Baby and Kids Market on Manuka Road a few times a year and I buy from there most of my kids toys, books and every day clothes...

I have attended the Baby & Kids Markets in the ACT as both a purchaser and a seller and find them to be great. You certainly need to be careful to check any products you buy to ensure that they're at the quality level you want (and that the price matches) but overall I think they're great. I've picked up some amazing bargains. I'd also recommend them to anyone who has a lot of children's products that are still in good shape that you want to sell.

Held at several locations around the country every week (rotating through different suburbs in the major metropolitan cities in each state except NT). It's a great service – gives parents a chance to sell their preloved baby and kids goods, and gives other parents many many opportunities to grab many good quality bargains for their own kids. I have been able to save so much buying my daughter's clothes and toys through the local BKM (e.g. A Fisher Price Little People Zoo for $5, Little People figures for $1 each, Pumpkin Patch pants and shirts for $2-5 each etc). Staff are always pleasant and helpful. There is a $3 entry fee, and it's very very busy, but a lot of fun!
