Rubbish Garage Door opener, had it for 7 years stopped working called and cost $170.00 to get a service person to come out and he told me that circuit board is broken and they no longer have stock and would cost $1000.00 to replace the motor. Don't buy this make as rubbish and will not do 10 year warrenty unless you get it service each year which would end up costing more than the opener and proably garage door as well.

B & D we have a door 18mth old that has pitted.
be aware there is no warranty if you live with in 1 km of the
ocean. They don't advertise that. It all comes about from Blue Scope Steal, they don't care and wont replace just no warranty. Look else where other than B&D or Blue Scope.

Very, very unhappy with B&Ds supposedly 'durable' timber look garage door. 3 months after installation, bat droppings stripped off the timber look coating on our $3000 garage door. We cleaned the droppings off as soon as we noticed them (within 1 day) but to no avail. We have since had bird droppings also strip off the timber look coating (not bat droppings this time!). We have contacted B&D numerous times over the last 7 weeks in a vain attempt to have the door repaired but they keep fobbing us off. We would never, ever recommend B&D doors.

If you need help with your garage door, call B&D, and they will take good care of you. Fast, courteous, no attempts to up-sell or cross-sell things or services; what's not to like. Now my garage door operates much more smoothly, all parts well lubricated, and not to mention replaced load springs. My partner commented it is way quieter now.
