cars good and service by staff is helpful have used a few times and would use again and recommend price is a bit much but fair for quality

We searched around Launceston looking for a good deal on car rental for a 6 day period - the employees in the other car hire companies were so incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we got to Avis the Customer Service rep was awesome - he gave us an average quote, but was prepared to help get us the right car. We ended up paying for a Hyundai Getz and being upgraded to a Toyota Camry 2.4 Auto. This was an amazing car and really make the holiday so much fun!!
