Marshall is one of the few mechanics I feel I can trust. He is passionate about Subaru's. He will take the time to explain things in detail & helps explore all options. I don't feel he is out to 'rip me off' as per previous experiences with other mechanics. Marshall & his team's customer service is exemplary. He is a great communicator & he always returns my calls. Good old fashioned service aimed at repeat business, not a quick buck. I would recommend him very, very highly to anyone wanting a very experienced, trustworthy, value for money mechanical experience for themselves and their beloved Subaru.

Yet again 5 star service - Marshall took the time to explain the service, also showed the parts replaced and discussed repairs done by another inferior company, will most definitely be using Autocraft again, cannot speak highly enough of them.

Split the front LH CV boot on my MY06 3.0RB on the weekend, oil and grease everywhere. Rang Autocraft at 8.15am Monday morning, Marshall was polite and up front- advised he should be able to do it same day, dropped the car in at 11.00 and drove out just after 2.00pm, job done. Great service, good pricing, really helped out by fitting me in to their schedule, definitely recommended for Subie owners !!

Marshall was initially doing a favour for the Auto Electrician next door by putting my MR2 on the hoist to take out the Alternator. He noticed several things that were in need of repair & has taken the time to explain things. So while he has things off it is worth getting him to replace other things. I called in to see how they were going & I know it's not a Subaru, but Marshall & the boys seem to be taking good care of my baby. I appreciate that they were able to fit her in at such short notice.

Autocraft, and Mashall the proprietor, are a truly professional outfit. Sound specialist Subaru knowledge means they can make your car go, stop and straighten out the corners. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Solid work - fair price!

AN EXPERT. The business is owned by Marshall Timmins who worked for his father for many years before taking over the business. Some say Marshall may have even been conceived in the back of a Suby....LOL. These guys live and breathe Subaru's and they KNOW THEIR STUFF. They have been looking after my vehicles now for a long time and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
They do regular services, maintenance and repairs, as well as performance enhancements.
