I bought a pair of blue Indian Ringnecks, (they were young and you could not tell if they were Cocks or Hens) but I was told they had been medically sexed) after I paid for them I asked for the papers and was told they could not find them but they would post them when they found them ( I know I should have asked for my money back right then and there) Long story short after a big effort to get them I never did and when they did mature they were both males. When I contacted them about this they basically just said they would not have done this, but they did.

went in to buy my young children a pet. the kids loved the place and staff could not be more friendly. The kids chose a puppy and we could not be more happier with our choice and the help and advise we received.

I will not shop here again. The prices are much too high and the products that I needed had passed their use by date. When the sales girl went back to get another she found that they were all the same and promised to call me when another supply arrived. That was over 6 months ago.

Ihave bought several Canaries and Budgies during the last four years and within that time 5 have died. It was not a disease as the birds were kept at different places. some died within several weeks of buying them,when contact nothing was offered. Very dissappointing.

I have been a customer here several times and I'm pretty disappointed with this place. The staff are friendly and the service is ok however I find that many staff members lack experience and have poor knowledge about products and animals. Last time I was there I thought some of the birds looked quite ill. I have owned many parrots in my time and know the signs of an unhealthy bird.
