Caution. DO NOT book flights via Townsville Airport. They use a Travel Agency called Tripsta, who; (1) Double charged my card two different amounts. (2) Sent through three different emails for the two charges. (3) Only contact number is a '1900' number. (4) When contacted was told they could only refund $300 of the $700 for ONE of the bookings and told to contact the airline dirrect for the rest of the money.
After disputing the matter further was told I'd recieve a return phone call.... (Which I did) AT 0100hrs. The call ended before I could say anything. Then another two phone calls at 0600hrs and 0630hrs.

I personally will not be using this booking method again! Very decieving.
