post office is slow always have to wait for service and at peak times a wait of 15 - 20 mins is not un common. could do a lot better

I find that its not open long enough to service the working parents, its only open short time on a Saturday which makes it hard to collect your parcels and do any service there. Longer hours would be good!

This Australia post store is too small for a population the size of Launceston. The queue is usually far too long hence it takes far too long to be served let alone ask for advice. Parking can also be a problem during peak periods.
