been there a few times... got my passport photos taken here as well. its alright most of the time with the waiting but sometimes it gets to much and it makes me frustrated, maybe if they work faster or put more people on
I have been there several times and honestly it is a good post, however not many people work there and you have to wait in line. It has everything you want in terms of postage essentials
This is by far the friendliest, most helpful staff in any post office. Nothing is too much for them, whether it's money or passport matters, and always done with a smile or a chat. Love them!
Approximate cost: $10
Normally I do not bother with writing negative reviews on businesses, but this is an exception, and I have to echo the sentiments of the other reviewer on here. I have dealt with the Bundoora Post shop over the phone twice now regarding a parcel that has gone missing. Both times I have spoken to the owner/manager and I would have to say this man is the rudest and most abrupt person I have ever dealt with in retail. None of my questions/requests were unreasonable, but this mans attitude towards me was disgraceful. I would advise against using this post office if you can.
How true - we have been having ongoing problems with the staff, in particular the owner/francise manager for in excess of 10 years and have complained to Australia Post on many occasions without having any satisfactory results.
I think we are confusing two post offices. I agree with this reviewer if the Bundoora Square post office is meant. The man is rude!! The PO I love is the one in Grimshaw Street, near the bowling place.
I no longer use this post office in Bundoora. The shop was dingy and outdated, stocks were slow to be replenished and the staff were of very low quality. The owner was rude and often abusive towards customers, very intimidating. And the counter staff were friendly enough but often gossiped about locals while working. The service was slow and often people were left waiting for no reason. In addition there was a lto fo workplace tension between staff members making it very uncomfortable for customers.
Again, this review I think means the post office in Plenty Road, in Bundoora Square. I wholeheartedly agree with review and I no longer use this post office. Go to Grimshaw St, near Clark Rubber and the bowling place. They are fantastic there!
